Jennifer Staup joined Audiology & Hearing Center in 2016 as a patient care coordinator before transitioning to her current role as office operations coordinator. Jennifer has more than 20 years’ experience in reception responsibilities, chart-note transcription, hearing aid cleaning and repair, and billing. With a strong attention to detail, Jennifer ensures all staff and providers have the support and resources they need to be the most effective. She also handles billing and veteran accounts. Naturally upbeat, Jennifer finds success even in the little things and is always ready to cheer the team on — especially during the busiest days.
